The Schmetz Universal Twin Needle features two Universal Needles connected to a flat shank via a bar, for simultaneous sewing of two parallel seams. Use two top threads to sew two parallel decorative seams at the same time. You can also quickly sew pin tucks with the Universal Twin Needle and a pin tuck foot, without the laborious task of ironing pleats. Thanks to the slightly rounded points, the Universal Twin Needle can be used with a wide array of fabrics without any problems. The Universal Twin Needle can be used with all conventional household sewing machines with a zigzag function. (Verify the machine throat plate can accommodate needle width).
